2. Refunds
Refunds may be given under the following circumstances: User must have purchased the Materials within 14 days and have a maximum completion rate of 10%. HECS Ball Inc. reserves the right to issue or refuse refund requests at their discretion and can be contacted at dan (at) hecsball (dot) com.
3. User Warranty
As a User you warrant that you are not an agent or employee of any other test preparation company and the Site and Materials solely for the purpose of increasing your LSAT score.
