Hand - Use your strength and dexterity to develop power and versatility in your shots.
Eye - Use your vision to its full potential to see fast moving objects while reacting with little effort.
Coordination - Use efficient and effective movements to perform your shots, making it look easy.
Skills - Use your actual sport skills in a specific context, giving you unlimited potential for real-world practice.
Use this HECS Mod to improve your ability to quickly spot the ball or shuttle, and train those quick reflexes.
